He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Faccone. He is survived by: his mother Louise Faccone; the fathers of children, Rocco and Joseph; his siblings, Joseph, Patricia, Jennifer, Phillip and Louisa; his siblings-in-law, Brian Madden, Terry Smith and Mary Ellen Jordan; his significant other April Harnett; his goddaughter Tricia Madden-Kaye; and his friend John Nardone. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
