She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Ruetsch, Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Karen King. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ruetsch and Raymond Ruetsch, Jr. (Michelle); her grandsons, Brandon, Zack and Kyle; her stepgrandchildren, Erika, Mark Kitz, Chris and Cindy Braun; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Tyler, Andrew Kitz, Olivia and Austin Braun; and her brother Wayne Wirta.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a donation to the Arthritis Foundation or a tree planted in Joan's memory.
