She is survived by: her son Lukasz (Ula); her grandchildren, Gabriella and Sabina; her daughter Anna (Andrzej Lysiak); her grandchildren, Alexandra and Michael; and her sisters, Teresa Kropielnicka and Urszula Ksiezak. She is also survived by her husband, two children and beloved dog.
