He is survived by: his significant other Auto Repair; his wife Rosanne Mazzarelli; his daughters, Jaclyn Blum and Kelli Adasko; his grandson Ryder; and his siblings, Maureen Tanchyk, Vincent Mazzarelli, Diane Medina, Rhonda Palmer and Bruce Mazzarelli. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
