She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; her sister Jane Szymanski; and her nephew Vincent Szymanski. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Serpico (James), Judith Micele (Philip) and Doreen Notar (Miles); her grandchildren, Philip, Matthew, Nicole and Alexander; her nephew Ronald Szymanski; and her nieces, Christine Scileppi, Denise Kearns and Daralyn Scerbo.
Contributions and donations can be made in Carole's memory to St. Jude Specialized Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
