She is survived by: her husband Jim Swafford; her children, Brian Keith Swafford (Lisa) and Jamie Lynn Swafford; her grandchildren, Kyle Thomas Swafford (Stacey), Keegan James Swafford and Dalton Shane Spencer; her great grandchild Korbyn Thomas Swafford; and her nieces and nephews, Jeff, Sherry Napper, Denisa and Eddie King.
