Winifred S. Johnston Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winifred S. Johnston of Carneys Point, New Jersey, who passed away on July 2, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Winnie; her aunt Freddie; her children, Diana (Daniel Ford) of Carneys Point and Jay Daniels, III (Lynda); her grandchildren, Jay, IV and Nora of Carneys Point; her stepson Christopher Johnston (Laurie); her grandchildren, Nicholas and Carly of Leesburg; her stepdaughter Laura (Anthony Lamo); her grandchildren, AJ and Patrick of Brick; her former husbands, Jay Daniels, Jr. and John Payne; her husband Donald Johnston; her parents, Winfield Seibert and Nora Seibert; and her siblings, Joseph Seibert, Edward Seibert, Wilbert Seibert (Buddy) and Alice Smith. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Winnie's memory to the "Salem County Meals-On-Wheels" organization – she loved delivering meals to those in need after her retirement; or the "Carneys Point Fire Department Auxiliary".
