He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hynes (Mueller); his sons, Eric Hynes of Brooklyn and Warren Hynes; his daughter-in-law Amy Hynes (Cumming); his granddaughters, Katherine of North Plainfield, N. J. and Chelsea Hynes of North Plainfield, N. J.; and his sister Carolyn McAllister of Yorktown.
