He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sr. Norcross and Joyce Norcross. He is survived by: his wife Laurel; his children, Jennifer Jennings (Paul), Russell Norcross, Ill (Harriet) and Robert (Maureen); his grandchildren, Courtney (Prince), Liam, Hannah, Catherine, Riley, Tyler and Tanner; and his sister Joy Greenway (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
