He is survived by: his children, Daniel Peter Siniscalchi (Jillian), James Anthony Siniscalchi (Caitlynne) and Kristina Marie Siniscalchi; his grandchildren, Kendra Rayy Siniscalchi, Adelynn Rose Siniscalchi, Jace Alec Siniscalchi, Scarlett Melani Siniscalchi, Aubrie Madilynn Siniscalchi, Michael Christopher Smith and Kyle Alan Smith; his stepmother Carol Pupke Siniscalchi; and his siblings, Michael Anthony Siniscalchi, John Patrick Siniscalchi and Linda Ann Siniscalchi.
