He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard James Keppel and Hazel Ellen Keppel (Hurt); his siblings, Michael, Thomas and Ellen; his wife Patricia Ann Keppel (Samuelson); his children, Theresa Marie Urton (Keppel) and Kelly Patrick Keppel; his grandchildren, Lauren Reilly (Smedley), Brittany McCracken (Smedley), Katherine Keppel and Samuel Keppel; and his great grandchildren, Robin, Amelia, Cassidy, Nicholas and Martin Bernard. He was also cherished by his family and many, many friends.
