He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Charles I. Leavitt, Pamela L. Kaizar (Robert), Nancy J. Simmerman (Gilbert), Kimberly A. Leavitt Ray, John W. Leavitt and His Precious; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jeanette, Robert, Camryn, Nathaniel, Abigail and McKenna; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Lily, London, Robert, Caylin, Maxwell, Laekyn and Marek; his siblings, William Leavitt, Norman Leavitt, Marilyn Cuddy and Judith Sadler (Robert); his sister-in-law Audrey Leavitt; his nephew Scott B. Sadler; and his child Terry Diamond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
