He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Jean Neri; his children, Deborah Phebus and Scott Bowles of Burlington, NJ.; his wife Carol Ann Jamison Winkelspecht; and his stepchildren, Raymond Winkelspecht of Medford, NJ, Daniel Winkelspecht of Florida, Paul Winkelspecht of Mt. Holly and Joan Barnat of Burlington.
