He was predeceased by: his parents, Adamo Addari and Maria Addari. He is survived by: his wife Liliana; and his stepchildren, Nando, Leah, Michaela, Marisa, Nina, Lorenzo Junior (Patricia), Gabriella D'Ambrosio, Anthony, Vincent, John and Liliana.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, at stjude.org would be appreciated by his family.
