She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard R. Eckman; her parents, Felice Filippine and Settima Filippine; her brothers, Samuel V. Filippine and John P. Filippine; and her granddaughter Colette Appleton.

She is survived by: her children, Jeanmarie Morlack (Glenn R.), Donna Hay, Leonard R. Eckman, Jr. and Danette Eckman; her grandchildren, Bill Appleton (Amanda Plattenberger), Camille Eckman and Cory Eckman; her great grandchild Dylan Appleton; her nieces and nephews, John A. Filippine, Samuel V. Filippine, Jr., Gloria Filippine and Linda Samperi; and also Robert Pallante. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends including a dear lifelong friend.
