She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. O'Neill and Lillian E. O'Neill; and her siblings, Elizabeth Wagner, Mary Miller, Margaret McBreen, Teresa Laverty, William O'Neill, Harry O'Neill, John O'Neill, Leedom O'Neill and Paul O'Neill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith A. Sprague and Terry L. Clark; and her son-in-law Thomas A. Sprague. She is also survived by fifty nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ann's memory may be made to Penn's Abramson Cancer Center's Colorectal Program in honor of Dr. Gary W. Crooks and Dr. Ursina Teitelbaum.
