She was predeceased by: her father C. J. Chase; her stepparents, Yvonne (Jack Applegate) and Linwood Symons; her sister Nancy Anderson; and her brother-in-law Richard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Allisun and Kim Thomason (Eric); her granddaughters, Sophia and Anna; her siblings, Lynn Comegno (Tony), Cynthia Chase and Keith Chase (Liz); her stepbrother Keith Symons (Jackie); her siblings-in-law, Nancy Coupland and Tom Applegate; her stepsister Kim Gilbert (Robert); her nieces and nephews, Rocco, Bob, Nicole and Helen (Phil); her uncle Henry Singer (Bonnie); and also, Dorothy Rue and Joyce (Rob). She is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
