She was predeceased by: her father James Blackwell. She is survived by: her mother Clara Blackwell; her husband Gerald S., Jr.; her daughters, Sarah and Emily; her brother Kenneth Blackwell (Mona Kay Rifi); her niece Katherine Blackwell; her mother-in-law Veronica; her siblings-in-law, Christine Iacovone and Gregory; and her nieces, Haley, Kaitlin and Jordyn.
