He was predeceased by: his wife Susan L. Smith; his father Joseph Smith; his aunt Eva Lippincott; and his siblings, Margaret Hensley, Encil Smith and Edward Smith.
He is survived by: his pet Scrappy; his children, Debra Luciano (Allen), Eugene F. Smith, Jr. (Mary) and Stephanie Milliner (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pinto (Bob), Eugene J. Smith (Melissa), Jason Smith (Tracy), Frank Luciano (Miranda), Brett Luciano (Jessica), Kaitlyn Milliner and Chase Milliner; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Laci, Carlie, Jason Jr., Chloe, Noah, Lucky, Silas and Hadley; and his brothers, Robert Smith and Leonard Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
