He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Hicks and Antonette Hicks (Vitkavage); his wife Anna Levanauskas; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his daughter Susanne Vasko (Tom); his grandchildren, TJ, Lauren and Lisa; and his great grandchild Landon.
