He was predeceased by: his parents, Genievieve Sr. and Thomas Salkowitz Sr.; and his sister Patricia Salkowitz. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Salkowitz; his sons, Thomas, Jordan of Martinez, CA and Christopher of Branchburg, NJ; his brother Donald (Jean Marie) of Wall, NJ; and his sister-in-law Laura Landi of Branchburg, NJ.
