He is survived by: his children, Sean McGrath of Rahway, NJ, Kevin McGrath (Lauren McGrath) of Charlotte, NC and Conor McGrath of Los Angeles, CA; his sister Kathy Emery; and his children, Matt and Catherine. He is also survived by friend and wife.
