He is survived by: his wife Carol Snyder Decker; his children, Thomas Decker (Dale) of Neshanic Station, NJ and Lauren Porter (Christopher) of Hillsborough, NJ; his sister Audrey Skelton (Charles) of Springville, NY; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Trevor, Brady and Riley Elizabeth.
Memorial contributions may be made is his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
