He is survived by: his wife Nancy Adamchak Phillips; his children, Bob of Whitehouse Station, NJ, David of Branchburg, NJ, Michael (Cristina) of Washington Crossing, PA, Michele (Maroun Mezher) of Fairfax, VA and Patricia (Patrick Vidal) of Pohatcong, NJ; his siblings, Alan (Elaine) of Florida and Evelyn (Robert Landolfi) of Plattsburgh, NY; his grandchildren, Nabil, Michael, James, Monique, Melissa, Nicole, Patrick, Andrew, Emily, Stephen, Allison and Katherine; and his great grandchild Maroun.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to The National Brain Tumor Society, The Glioblastoma Foundation, or The American Brain Tumor Association.
