He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mikovich and Ambrose Mikovich; and his sisters, Helen Pautienus, Anna Bondura, Marie Dunleavy and Kathryn Govern.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fitzgerald Mikovich; his daughters, Joan (Michael Campion) of Stewartsville, NJ and Carol Mikovich of Apex, NC; his sister Antoinette Doyle of New Philadelphia, PA; and his grandchildren, Heather, Anthony, Patrick, Ryan and Kyle.
