She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley W. Holman and Evelyn Holman (Ayres); and her siblings, Stanley W. Holman Jr., Barbara Gene Vitella and Charles Vitella.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick A. Crucili; her daughter Vicki Marie; her son-in-law Timothy Miller of Quakertown, PA; her siblings, James Holman of Sebring and Helen Levitt of Ft. Lauderdale; and her granddaughter Lilah Gene Rich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to: Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 in Lynn's name.
