He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Jr. Jacob and MaryAnn Jacob; and his brother Gordon Jacob. He is survived by: his siblings, Lorraine Joa, Jeffrey Jacob and Jeannine Miller; his nieces and nephews, Chistopher Mahieu, Jessica Raub and Steven Jacob; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chistopher Mahieu Jr., Nathaniel Raub, Jason Jacob, Addilyn Jacob and Caleb Jacob.
Services are private for the family and memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
