He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick G. Williams, Sr. and Sophie Williams (Metz); and his siblings, Donald Williams and Patricia Whited. He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Amantia of California, Delores Williams of Pennsylvania, Carol VanVonno of Texas and Linda Krueger of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins.
