He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Kerns; his children, Lois Larcome (late Thomas), Denise Bergen (Chuck), Frank G. Kerns, Jr. and Keith Kerns (Patti); his brother Robert Kerns (Elaine); his grandchildren, Chris, Andrea, Courtney, Vanessa, Carly, Ethan and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Elsie, Paige, Daniel, Autumn and Tommy. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
