He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J Sr. Ciampa and Mary Ciampa. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ciampa (Gallo); his daughters, Alicia (Michael Phillips) and Gina (James Heanley-Ciampa); his grandchildren, Olivia, Mia Phillips and Elio Heanley-Ciampa; and his sisters, Rosemary (James Hansen) and Linda (James Snelling). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation 2361 HYLAN BLVD STATEN ISLAND, NY 10306-315an organization which helps veterans and first responders.
