He was predeceased by: his wife Mei-Swei T. Li. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Li (Mei); his granddaughters, Christine of New Jersey and Michelle of New Jersey; and his daughters, Jennifer C. Li (Bob Modee) of York and Jessica Li-Ghormley (Steven) of Georgia.
