Spencer of Berlin, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John W. Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Jane E.; his children, Pamela Severs (Deakon) of Atco, NJ, Amanda Heintz (Joseph) of West Berlin, NJ, Johnna Pflugfelder (Edward) of Marlton, NJ and Melanie Garcia of Berlin, NJ.; his grandchildren, Miranda M. Severs, Olivia Pflugfelder, Alejandro S. Garcia, Audra J. Heintz, Piper L. Heintz, Noah A. Garcia, Savannah R. Heintz, Angelane G. Pflugfelder and Scarlett L. Garcia; and his sisters, Elizabeth Gerber (late Lyn), Catherine Mahoney (late Allan) and JoAnn Orsini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
