He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jerome F. Knast, Jr. (Deborah) and Patricia A. Snyder (Phil); his grandchildren, Peter (Stasha), Stephanie (Jose), Lindsey, Mary (Joe), Christopher (Carly) and Kimberly (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Andrew, Bradyn, Christian and Mila. He is also survived by his buddy "Lucky;" and many loving nieces and nephews.
