He was predeceased by: his brother Joe (late Carol). He is survived by: his wife Mona M. Waters; his children, Thomas J. Waters, Jr. (Anita) and Martin W. Waters (Laura); his sisters, Mary (Jeff), Barbara (late Carl) and Charlene (Bob); his aunt Mona; and his son Joe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
