He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Foley; his brother Edward Foley; and his parents, Edward Foley and Eleanor Leszczynska. He is survived by: his child Thomas E. Foley (Christina); and his grandchildren, Dean Foley, Nathan Foley and Jackson Foley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
