He was predeceased by: his spouse Joanne D. MonteCarlo-Armstrong. He is survived by: his child David Armstrong; his sibling Gene Armstrong; and his nieces and nephews, Sherry Wible (Frank), Stacy Friel (Daniel), Sarah, Matthew and Andrea.
