He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Evans and Betty Jane Evans; his wife Patricia A. Evans; and his children, Connie Berki, Richard Michael Evans, Denise Kuzer and Arlene Grierson. He was also cherished by brother and sister in law, an aunt and uncle, nieces and nephews and cousins.
