He was predeceased by: his parent Frank R. Forte Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Monique M.; his children, Melissa Jr., Aron Jr., Nicole Jr. and Randy Jr.; his parent Doris M.; and his siblings, Annamarie Harris (Stephen), Francis Forte (Hope), Valerie St and Theresa Forte (Antonio). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
