He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Smith (Ron), George Surowicz Jr., Louise Procida (Dan), John Surowicz, Edward Surowicz (Renee), Sara Kostek (Paul), Eileen Boorstein (Steve) and Evalynn McGovern (Brendan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
