He was predeceased by: his child Carol Crispin; and his sibling Mary Mullen. He is survived by: his spouse Helen; his children, George J. Crispin, III (Maryann), Gary Crispin, Sr. (late Edith) and David Crispin, Sr. (Kathleen); and his sibling Anna Helen Gable (late Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
