She was predeceased by: her brothers, Anthony Blasi and Nicholas Blasi. She is survived by: her great-grandparent Florence DeFalco; her children, Roseann DeFalco and Ralph DeFalco; her siblings, Pauline D'Ademo and Frank Blasi; her grandchildren, Alexis D'Archi, Danielle Capaccio, Dean D'Archie, Tina Smith, Christian DeFalco and Jordan DeFalco; and her great grandchildren, Giavanna and Anthony.
