She was predeceased by: her parents, Gennarro Macchiello and Carmella Macchiello. She is survived by: her children, Sam De Lorenzo (Terri), Virginia Carnovale (Sal) and Frank De Lorenzo; her siblings, Philip Macchiello and Anna Capozzi; her grandchildren, Sammy Jr., Michael, Danielle, Carrie Ann, Frankie, Michelle and Anthony; and her great grandchildren, Martino, Dominic, Mya, Ava, Olivia, Harper and Sebastian III.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Lucy's Church, National Shrine of St. Gerard, 118 Seventh Ave, Newark, NJ 07104 would be greatly appreciated.
