It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Palumbo of Belleville, New Jersey, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James; and her siblings, John Matiskiel, Leonard Matiskiel and Dolores Redmond. She is survived by: her children, Leonard Palumbo, Patricia Sullivan and Donna Pennabere; her grandchildren, Leonard Palumbo, Dawn Palumbo, Dr. Michelle Palumbo, James Palumbo, Jaclyn Higginson, Michael Pennabere and Christine Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Miranda Palumbo, Isabella Palumbo, Michael Gesario, Chloe, Layla and Aubrey Higginson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
