He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Carroll, Sr. and Elizabeth "Marjorie" Muroney Carroll; and his sister Diane Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Francine; his sons, Raymond C Carroll, III (Carol Ann), James G Carroll (Cynthia), Brian S Carroll (Elizabeth) and John "Jack" Carroll (Starr); and his grandchildren, Jacqueline Abaroa (Nick), Kaitlin Pantoliano (Marco), Violet Carroll and Mason Carroll. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
