He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cospito Mantz; his children, Philip Mantz, Sharon Kmiecinski and Janet Thompson; his son-in-law Sal Gitto; his sister Shirley Richards; and his grandchildren, Austin and Rebecca. He is also survived by his family and friends.
