He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Rexdale and Ilsey Rexdale. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Pizzimenti (Vincent); his significant other Ethel S. Moore; and his significant other's children, Grieg Moore (Jennifer) and Sheridan Moore. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
