He is survived by: his children, Janine, Sal Jr. and Anthony D'Addario; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Michael, Christopher, Olivia, Jianna and Jiovoni; and his siblings, Grace D'Addario and Paul D'Addario (Barbara).
