He was predeceased by: his former wife Catherine; and his brothers, Robert and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Cronen (Sawyer); and also, Caren Stichter (Rich), Maureen Cronen (Mo), Elizabeth Huhn (Betsy), Timothy Cronen (Tim), Patrick Cronen (Tina), Patricia Minor, William Sawyer (Theresa), Brian Sawyer (Cheryl) and Glenn Sawyer.
