He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Ann; and his siblings, Robert Coulter and Margaret Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son James S. Coulter (Colleen); and his sisters, Dorothy Finizio (Ernie) and Mary O'Neil (James).
