She is survived by: her husband Phil Carollo; her children, Alec Medeiros and Gianna Medeiros; her stepdaughter Samantha Carollo; her mother Pasqua Clarizio; her brother Gaetano Clarizio (Lisa); and her nieces, Elena Bond and Rebecca Clarizio.
